All of the shots that are in the beautiful garden area have taken place at Chantilly Place. However, you are not restricted to using this location. If you have somewhere else in mind, we'd be happy to plan it and set it up there for you. If you want us to coordinate the basic plan to be used at Chantilly Place the following is included:

*Exclusive use of the whole yard including a pavilion, gazebo, fountains, pergola, arbor, naturally beautiful lawn and flower gardens, numerous benches, etc.

*Tables and chairs (6 large round tables for reception, up to 60 chairs)
*3 long banquet tables for serving food, miscellaneous
*3 rectangular tables for gifts and pictures, etc
*Square cake table
*White iron table
*Small rectangular table for wedding video
*Linens for the provided tables
*Chair covers that coordinate with the table linens are available for an additional charge
*Dressing room for the bride
*Indoor use of beautiful Victorian staircase and fireplaces for photos of bride and groom
*Absolute use of the kitchen area (including refrigerator/freezer) for any food and refreshments you will be providing
*Absolute use of the main level of the home for family and guests including a restroom facility
*Set up of tables, chairs, and linens for reception (if having both wedding and reception at this location, and different set-ups are needed, additional fees may apply)
*Take down of reception/wedding will be included in the base price as long as family members stay to help. If you desire us to take care of this solely, then an additional $100 fee will apply
*You can select your own vendors or let me coordinate your entire event

Keep in mind that in the long run you will save money by using this venue because of the already naturally beautiful scenery. There is hardly any more decor you need to add. Our past clients have only had to get the flowers for the bridal party and centerpieces for the tables. However, we do have very reasonable centerpiece packages available to rent as well. If you were to choose a venue that is free but needed a lot of decor, you would be into it more than $625. For example to find someone to come do ceiling and wall drapery is a minimum cost of $1000. These are just some thoughts to keep in mind when deciding on the most beautiful and economical option for your wedding.

Since Chantilly Place is an outdoor venue, there is a back up plan available in case of inclement weather. As long as you book an indoor venue such as the Roosevelt Strata building or a local church, we will provide the set-up and use of the above listed items such as tables, chairs, linens, flower baskets, a backdrop, and additional miscellaneous decor. This is to ensure that your wedding day will be as enjoyable and stress free as possible. The price for thecoordination of the above items from A Piece of Cake Weddings & Events is $625.

If you would like to have your event somewhere else other than Chantilly Place, we can coordinate that as well in one of the following ways:

A. You can have a base package that would include tables, chairs, neutral linens, a backdrop, centerpieces, plus additional miscellaneous decor for $425.  We can also customize a package to your specific needs.

B. If you have your own unique vision but want someone to do the work in coordinating and executing it, we can do that based off your budget and charging 12.5% on top of that for our time and services. For example, if your budget is $6000 for your event. We would coordinate the event based upon your vision while staying within the budget and charge $750 for our services. Or if your budget was $3000, then the fee for our services would be $375.
